You’ll hear from our opening speakers, enjoy time to recharge, and close the evening with a lively Welcome Party that kicks off the retreat in true Landlocked style.

Day two is all about momentum. After starting the morning with connection over coffee and breakfast, we’ll dive into Main Stage sessions that bring fresh perspective and energy. The afternoon is designed for choice—Deep Dive breakouts let you pick the path that best fits your goals, whether that’s sharpening your business skills, refining your creative eye, or strengthening your marketing. We’ll wrap the day with connection-focused evening experiences: a social media happy hour, a dine-around dinner in small groups, and a casual afterparty to close out the night.

You’ll start with small group networking over breakfast, then choose your own path through breakout sessions tailored to every role in the wedding industry. After one last Main Stage session to send you home inspired, the night ends with our Gala — the biggest event of the week, where we celebrate together in true Landlocked style.

Thursday is all about farewells and safe travels. With no formal programming, you can take the morning at your own pace — sleep in, enjoy breakfast with friends old and new, or squeeze in a few last conversations before heading to the airport. As you make your way home, carry with you the inspiration, connections, and memories of the week.
